FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

The things people ask before they write to us, including the awkward ones.

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your offer, your pricing, your market and your sales process, and on platform algorithms and ad auctions nobody controls. What we commit to is the work: the strategy, the production and the delivery, done properly and on the agreed schedule.

Yes, and not as an afterthought. Strategy, scripts, copy and social content are developed in both languages from the same brief. This site is bilingual for the same reason.

Either is possible. Advisory engagements stop at the plan and your team executes. Production engagements start from a brief you already have. Most clients come to us because they want both in one scope, which is what we are set up for.

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are set out in the service agreement for each engagement. The usual arrangement is that rights transfer to the client on full payment. Third-party elements such as licensed music, stock footage, fonts and talent carry their own licence terms, and those terms travel with the deliverable. We tell you which elements those are before production.

We handle the concept, the creator brief, the production and the delivery, with disclosure planned in from the start under the FTC Endorsement Guides and each platform's own rules. Material connections are disclosed. You approve the disclosure language for anything published on your own channels.

We do not publish rates, because scope is what drives cost and no two projects are the same shape. Fees, invoicing and payment terms are agreed in writing in the service agreement before work starts. Third-party costs such as media spend, talent, music and location are agreed in advance and are separate.

It depends on what is being made and on how fast review rounds come back. We set the timeline with you in the planning stage and agree the review windows there, because late approvals are the single most common reason a campaign slips.

Yes. The company is established in New Mexico and works with companies, brands and organizations in U.S. and international markets. Remote working sessions are normal; production travel is scoped per project.

You receive the final files, the agreed source material, the templates and the written reasoning behind the plan, so your own team can keep running it. If you want us to stay involved, that becomes an ongoing arrangement rather than an open-ended project.

Send the problem, not a brief. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner for it.
